Bass bite remains a challenge. The southern and deeper part of the lake is a bit warmer and the action is better there. A-rig bite is picking up. Deep-diving?? crank baits also will draw action. There is a large school of catfish at Shag Rock and anglers are having a field day using live minnows. Most are in the 10 to 12 pound range. Drop-shot live jumbo minnows in 20 to 30 feet of water.
