On March 8, Makeda and Pat Hanson fished from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m. They caught 14 trout ranging from 10 to 14 inches in length using rainbow-and-yellow PowerBait with glitter. On March 7, Jonathan Hunt reported catching a lot of smaller cutthroat trout near the dam in 20 feet of water. He caught the larger cutthroats just off the southwest bank in 10 feet of water. Randall Stilson reported that a friend caught a 3.5-pound cutthroat last week using chub meat.
