On April 14, the rainbow fishing was a bit slower than normal. A few cormorants are at the pond, which could be playing a role in the slower fishing. Until this past week, though, anglers were successfully catching fish on a variety of baits and flies. They were fishing just off the bottom or in the lower part of the water column.
