Captain Frank Ursitti from Ranger 85 Sportfishing out of Oxnard, CA called in with an update from both the Ranger 85 and Constitution. Both boats are out on 2 day trips and they are getting Exotics including White Seabass, Halibut and Yellowtail. We are going to stick around in this area to see how we do tomorrow.
