The lake level is 1,818ft and the water surface temperature at Lost Creek is 71F. Anglers are having success on legal-sized and larger trout. Fishing for smallmouth bass has also been good.
Trollers fishing for trout can have very good success at Lost Creek using a variety of lures. Trout can be caught at a variety of depths from the surface down to about 50 feet. 3/4oz is a good choice for weight for trolling.
Lost Creek also offers good bank fishing access, and fishing on both sides of the dam can be very effective using PowerBait.
