Success Lake dropped to 12% of its storage capacity, and bass anglers reported a good bite, with most fish caught on Senkos and finesse-rigged plastic worms, along with occasional topwater and crankbait fish. Bass held deeper in the water column, with some reported as deep as 30 feet. Catfish were taken on cut baits, nightcrawlers, and chicken liver, while crappie bit small live minnows near the submerged trees.
