Striper fishing has been hit or miss from the Las Vegas wash this last week. Mid-week fishing seems to be the best, most parties caught 20 or more fish. Stripers have been hitting best on live shad. The depths for the shad range from 10-80 feet. Largemouth bass are showing signs of spawning, so on the north end fishermen are hoping to see more. Largemouth bass are not taking the bait yet; however, Anchovies, Crankbait, and dropshot rigs have been beneficial.
