FEATHER RIVER

River level starting to drop, but still cold. Bigger fish have moved out of system, still plenty of fish around 12-16 inch. Fish thru rapids and top of pools with rooster tails panther martins and pinched crawlers best bet.

LAKE DAVIS

Bank fishing early mornings best bet. Fish are moving to deeper water. Damsel hatch going off. Trolling main channel 25 ft with rainbow runners needle fish and dick nites catching fish to 5lbs.

FRENCHMAN RESERVOIR

Main dock is in water. Warming weather has brought the fish deeper. Trolling dam area 25-30. Bank fisherman at Turkey Pt inflated crawlers doing well.

LAKES BASIN

Road is open thru to Bassetts station.

GOLD LAKE

Warming water has moved Macs and Browns to deeper waters. Recently planted. Bank fishing around campground cove doing well.

SNAG LAKE

Plenty of fish, although mostly smalls.

SALMON LAKE

Fishing good around boat dock and back outlet.

PACKARD LAKE

Open.

SARDINE LAKE

Fishing very well. Boat rentals available. Green power bait best color either by outflow area and by boat ramp.
