The good fishing on the Fall is winding up right about now. The river will be open to catch and release fishing over the winter, but we don't have a lot of experience, or any experience really, fishing past November 15th. More than likely it will be a midge and Baetis show. Scuds and leeches would be good patterns as well. The larger fish will be moving up into the springs area to spawn, so make sure you give them a wide berth.
Hot Flies: TB Drowned Rusty Spinner, PMD's, Norman's Wiggletails, Pheasant Tails, Mercer's Missing Link, Zug Bugs, and Leeches.
