At Gold Lake, the dock is pulled but can still be used to load and unload. The Lake level is still good and the lake temperatures are just above 50 degrees. Big macs and browns have recently started coming to top and are cruising the shore line. Anglers should focus fishing in 20 to 30 feet of water top lining large rapalas, flatfish, lyman lures in brown trout color, or blue and silver. Shore fisherman should fish to the left of the boat ramp by the first island. Float crawlers or power bait on a 3 to 4 foot leader off the bottom.
