Water Conditions:
Fair flows are back down to a more reasonable 278 as of 7/21.

Fishing Conditions and Hatches:
Nice break out the wet wading gear! Water warming some with lower flows.

San Juan Worm Red , Copper John #16 Hares Ear Natural #16, Little Yellow Sloan #16-20, Mitchell's Split Case PMD #18

DRIES:
Bright Wing PMD #18, Harrups PMD Hairwing DUN #20, Hackel Stacker PMD #18-20, Yellow Sally, Yellow, Tan Grasshoppers, Chernobyl Ants

STREAMERS:
Pop's Bugger, Flashabou Buggers

Hot Creek: Hot Creek Fishing, Is Well Hot Creek
Crowley Lake: Crowley not as good as usual but picking up
Owens River: Upper Owens is good fishing because to flows are down

The flows are great the water is clear and cold the fishing is excellent in the Owens River Gorge
