Water flows are running up to 20 cubic feet per second with small releases from Otter Creek Reservoir. Spring provides some of the year's best fishing. Fishing is fair to good using midge larvae, black hare's ears, small black stones, black and brown wooly buggers, and brown and olive zonkers.
