Good may fly in the early mornings from 9 am to 11 am on Hat Creek , look for morning spinner fall and use a size 16 BWO, hatches occurring daily especially again in the afternoons. For nymphs use szie 18 copper johns red, micro golden stones size 18, green drake nymphs, s&m’s size 18, BK micro mayfly size 18, midge pupah like zebra midge, blood midge, cream midge with brown or red head, rainbow warrior all size 18 to 22. Dries, lt cahill, crippled may fly size 16, EC caddis size 16. Use sulphur duns, comparaduns size 16 & 14 in cream or sulphur. Hot days consider a dry dropper.
