The lake is thawed and the water level is low but you can still launch most vessels. Use cation if this is your first time out on the lake. You must stay in the channel when going out and keep an eye on your depth finder to avoid large rocks. Fishing has been good for shore anglers by the launch area. The CDFW has planted the lake with rainbow trout. Boaters have been using Rapalas in a black and silver pattern. Early morning bite if you are going out for mackinaws.

Good luck on your next fishing adventure. If you have a question. a report in our local fishing area or have a photo of your catch, send it to nevada@fishreports.com. Hope to see you on the waters. Good fishin' and tight lines.
