Anglers are still catching lots of planted trout off the boat ramp, fisherman’s pier, and between dock 16 and 20 at Donner Lake. Anglers are also having success fishing off the shore of china cove. Anglers trolling for kokanee are having success in 40-60 feet of water in the early morning and late evening using a dodger and a hoochie. The Kokanee bite goes south by 10am, but jigging for macks has been good throughout the day. Anglers should jig for macks in front of loch leven lodge and the boat ramp.
