Some fish are now being picked up near shore on the drop offs, but to get into any good numbers you will need to be in a tube or pontoon to get out deeper. With the lake cooling off we will begin to see the larger fish coming out to play. The Zack's Pyramid Minnow in Tui Chub, the Popcorn Beetle, Moo Midges and just about any large midge pattern drifted in front of these Lahontan Cutthroats will work great.
Hot Flies: Pyramid Beach Leech - #8, Zack's Cut Bait Midge, Rich's Moo-Midge - #8, Mahalo Nymphs, Popcorn Beetle, Midnight Cowboy, Zack's Pyramid Minnow
