Steelhead fishing on the North Fork Nehalem has been slow mostly due to river conditons. The North Fork may blow out on Wednesday but should be back in shape late in the week and through the weekend. There are still wild broodstock hatchery steelhead coming in and will continue through the season, but numbers will be lower than earlier in the run. There's also catch and release opportunity for wild steelhead.
