Thief Valley Reservoir has completed filling with water. The reservoir is partially frozen with open water in the middle. It's likely that the ice is not thick enough for fishing so extreme caution should be exercised before venturing out onto the reservoir. The reservoir was restocked with trout in November. Most were small (less than 8 inches), but they should be catchable in the spring after they grow more.
