Winter steelhead are in the Kilchis River, but it's very low and clear. It should come up a little the end of the week, but still be low for drifting and less than ideal for fishing conditions. There are no hatchery releases on the Kilchis, so it's mostly a catch-and-release fishery for wild steelhead.
