Access is tricky with deep snow, but with consistent year round spring-fed flows, the Fall remains a great place to get your line wet this winter. Small black midges and afternoon BWO hatches and are the main dry fly opportunities, and this is prime time for light tippet with delicate presentations. RS2s and Sparkle Duns should also be in your box.

For nymphing, Perdigons in a BWO color, and 2 Bit Hookers are top choices. Euro streamers in olive and black like our micro jig leeches, have been productive, and as always, eggs worms, and mop flies are consistent Fall River producers.
