While it's still high, 3,000 CFS at the lake, the river is on the drop and a super nice color. Flows through Dunsmuir continue to somewhat high. Over the next few weeks with the warming weather we should begin to see things happening on this great river. Keep an on the gages, it should drop in later this month. You can look forward to some big Stoneflies and PMDs later when it warms up. Keep your eyes on the report and we'll let you know when it's on!

Hat Creek - Middle: Smaller Baetis nymphs have been the predominant fish-getters
McCloud River: The river is in good shape for now and is a nice green on the lower end down by Shasta
Pit River: Big flows continue throughout the system, we can't recommend fishing on the Pit for now
Sacramento River - Upper: Flows on the lower end are rising through 3,100 CFS this morning
Baum Lake: The fishing is still stellar
Iron Canyon Reservoir: Might be worth checking out before the next round of storms!
Keswick Reservoir: Flows are high and inconsistent, with bad clarity
McCloud Reservoir: McCloud Reservoir Fishing Report
Pyramid Lake: The fishing should continue to remain steady as we move into early April
