Riviera Marina Fishing Report

Colorado River - Laughlin - Laughlin, NV

We’ve got some great news for local anglers! There’s a solid run of stripers right now, and some trout are in the mix as well. Rotary Park has been freshly stocked with rainbow trout, making it an excellent spot to cast a line.

Local angler Theresa Richardson recently landed a beautiful striper while fishing from shore along the Colorado River. Her catch weighed in at 4.58 pounds and measured 24 3/8 inches in length. She was using anchovies, one of the preferred baits for stripers.

We’re also getting good reports from the Community Park area and the casino shoreline—both are producing solid striper bites. Anglers have been having success using anchovies and a variety of swimbaits.

A quick reminder for boaters: If you're on the river below Davis Dam, please check the current water levels. We’ve noticed some unusual water releases lately. While we're not sure why levels in the Lake Mead area are being lowered, it’s something to be aware of for safety and planning.

In other news, our building has a fresh new look! It's now blue and white—hope you like the update!

Thanks, as always, for your continued support. We look forward to seeing you soon and hearing all about your latest catches.

Now go catch a fish!
