Striped bass anglers should concentrate most of their effort on the Coquille River between Coquille and Myrtle Point. Fishing will be best after dark.
Smallmouth bass will be becoming active in the Coquille River as the water temperature continues to increase.
Trout fishing opens in the Coquille Basin rivers and streams on May 22.

Walter Wirth Lake: Good access all the way around
Coos River: Anglers have been catching rockfish
