The West has been fishing very well lately with lots of nice fish coming out of there, some upwards of 5 pounds. Small spinners like Panther Martins and Vibrax lures have been doing well, also salmon eggs, power eggs and night crawlers have had some success. Fly anglers have been using prince nymphs, copper johns, pheasant tails and the dry/dropper action has started to improve with chubby chernobyl and foam hoppers on top and soft hackles and hare’s ears underneath.
