Fishing Conditions

An attractor nymph or leech with a smaller midge dropped below would be a good way to start the day.  Watch for mayflies to be hatching.  Terrestrials may also be around and a dry/dropper would be a good idea.

Buggers, leeches, and small streamers are a good option too.

Patterns/Bug

Midges 18-24: Black Flash Midge Pupa, Tav’s Big Mac, Bling Midge.

Nymphs: Foam Wing RS-2s 20-24, Killer May 20-24, Juan’s Sniper Baetis 22-24, Caddis Pupa Czechmate #14-16, Barr’s Graphic Caddis #14-18

Dries: Stimulators #12-16, Chubbies 12-16, RIO’s Big Boned Caddis #12-18, Elk Hair Caddis #14-18, Morrish Hopper 10-14.

Buggers #6-12 in olive, white, or black.  Simi Seal Leeches.
