Fall Chinook fishing has slowed as the water has dropped and cleared. Concentrate on the lower river for best chances at fresh fish. Tillamook Basin rivers have reduced bag limits for wild adult Chinook this season; check the regulation updates online.
The catch and release chum fishery should be good the next couple of weeks when the river is in decent condition. Anglers are encouraged to use good ethics and avoid spawning fish and redds (spawning nest). Angling for chum closes November 15.
Cutthroat trout season closed November 1
