At Donner Lake, shore anglers are connecting with rainbows near the boat ramp and the west-end ramps using PowerBait in 20 feet of water in the evening. Mornings could have ice near shore. Anglers trolling for Mackinaw are using lyman lures and mag lips in 120 feet of water. Donner Lake is roughly 60% in capacity.
