Water temperatures are sitting at 60F and rainbow trout are very active right now. Numerous trout can be seen rising from the shoreline. Anglers can expect to catch 9-to-12-inch rainbow trout and the occasional brown trout. Water levels have begun dropping, with the reservoir sitting at ~65% capacity. Anglers will do well on rainbow trout with nightcrawlers, PowerBait (yellow, orange and red), as well as spinners.
