The road up to Mary and George is still unplowed, they are trying to get it open for the weekend.
Water Conditions:
Twin lakes is now iced out, and ready to fish, but the water is very cold. Road to upper lakes may open soon.
Recommended Flies:
Docs BH in Black, or Olive. Olive Matukas

Crowley Lake: Fish are in the deep water at Crowley
Owens River: On the Upper Owens you have to get the fly down to where the fish are
Owens River: The Owens River Gorge has been the best for Fly Fishing recently
Owens River: The Lower Owens is slow right now
Bridgeport Reservoir: Bridgeport is OK for Fly Fishing, but if the weather warms the fishing could be even better
East Walker River (CA): Fishing on the East Walker is on the improve

Owens River: The fish are getting more active on the Upper Owens but they are still cautious
Owens River: The Owens River Gorge has some of the best flows in the Sierra's
Owens River: The Flows are still too high on the Lower Owens
Bridgeport Reservoir: Streamers are best near the Bridgeport dam.
East Walker River (CA): The flows are more hospitable on the East Walker
