First Dam and Third dam are frozen, but the ice doesn't appear stable. Second Dam has open water on the north bank. Daytime temperatures have been heating up, which can melt ice very quickly. The river has frozen patches throughout the canyon until you reach the area above Rick's Springs. Fewer areas on the river are open. Please use caution along the river edges where ice ledges are developing.
