Stampede is full and cool, with surface temps in the low 60s°F. Kokanee action has slowed, but some fish are still holding near the boat ramp and island. Trout are active near rocky points and coves in the early hours, and bass are steady at 20–25 feet. By mid-morning, most fish slide deeper—focusing on structure and shade lines at first light will give you the best shot.
