The Metolius has been fishing great for the past month or so. Caddis have been around on most days and having a variety of sizes and colors will be to your benefit to match the hatch. BWO’s and PMD’s should also be in your box. Try out some film critic emergers for a nice top water challenge. Nymphing has been hot on soft hackle PT’s, walts worms, and two-bits to name a few. Targeting Bulls? They’ll eat what the rainbows are having but you can try your hand at swinging streamers at the lake fish that have made their way up the river already. Metolius Pond just got stocked! Great time to get your little ones out there and fishing
