Fishing has been fantastic for rainbow trout in the 9-15" range. Twenty nine fish were caught in 2.5 hours of fishing last week. This is the best time of year to fish this lake. There is less vegetation at this time so bait along the bottom works better than at other times of year. Casting flies and lures from the bank is a good option, but remember to move around and find fish. With a boat troll lures and flies just above the vegetation to connect with fish in the 9-20" range.
