Bridgeport has slowed a little bit this week but we’re still getting reports of 10 to 20 fish to the boat per day for anglers, lots of nice 3 to 6 pounders are coming in every day. Most of the action is still up in the stream channels, the East Walker, Robinson and Buckeye channels fishing bait like pinched crawlers, power bait, mice tails and inflated crawlers. Haven’t heard much from anglers trolling or fishing from the shore lately. Also haven’t heard much from any fly anglers but since the fish are in the channels the fly fishing should be decent up there as well, I would recommend dropping balanced leeches or jig hook leeches, zebra midges, blood midges and damsel nymphs from an indicator for some action this way.
