Open to fishing all year. The reservoir is 54 percent full. Anglers should be aware that a cyanobacteria precaution was recently issued for Prineville Reservoir September 19th (see announcements, above). Anglers report fair fishing for trout, and good fishing for crappie and bass. Anglers are also reporting increased catches of Northern Pikeminnow, and several have reached out to district staff for help with fish identification.

Agate Lake: Agate Lake is 22 percent full
Applegate Reservoir: The cooler overnight temperatures should help out with trout fishing over the next week
Emigrant Reservoir: Emigrant Lake is 21 percent full
Fish Lake : Fish Lake is 42 percent full
Hyatt Lake: Hyatt is 71 percent full
Lost Creek Reservoir: Water surface temperature at Lost Creek is 64F
Willow Lake: Willow Lake is about half full
Alsea River: The Alsea wild coho retention will close for retention October 12. It will reopen October 25
Salmon River: There have been quite a few fish bump into the hatchery since we started getting the rains last week
Siletz River: Cutthroat will be distributed throughout the Siletz basin
Siuslaw River: Your best bet in the lower Siuslaw trolling
Yaquina River: Coastal Cutthroat will be distributed throughout the Yaquina basin
