Recent sampling indicates there are plenty of large holdover trout available. Water temperatures are now in the 60s or upper 50s and fishing has been good. Trout can be caught using a variety of methods. Hot flies include balance leeches, wooly buggers, and scud patterns. Lures, spinners, and powerbate are also effective. The reservoir is quite full and the boat ramp and dock are in service thanks to the BLM for keeping the dock in service
