Stocking: Trout Opener was the weekend of November 14-16 where 2,500 pounds of Rainbow Trout were stocked!  The next stocking of 1,500 pounds will be the week of December 1st. The lake will be regularly stocked with Rainbow Trout from about mid November to April. In sum, we will stock 19,000 pounds of trout this season with some additional stockings from DFW. 

Conditions: The current water temperature is 69.4 degrees. The district has been filling the lake at rate of nearly 30 million gallons a day. The days are getting shorter with the sun rising at 7:04 a.m. and setting at 5:59 p.m.
