No Bonneville cisco have been observed at Cisco Beach or the Bear Lake State Park Marina. However, anglers have reported catching Bonneville cisco limits from boats above the rockpile. Ramp conditions: Bear Lake State Park Marina, First Point and Rainbow Cove ramps are open and accessible as most all ice has cleared from the lake. The Cisco Beach ramp is open and four-wheel-drive vehicles are highly recommended. All east shore courtesy ramps have been pulled from the water due to ice buildup.
