The Blitzen River is currently flowing between 100 and 200 cfs. Water clarity has improved and it looks like a lot of the snowpack has melted off of Steens Mountain. There should be some good mayfly hatches going on right now. Redband can be found throughout the watershed and this is prime time to hit the Blitzen.

Plat I Reservoir: Fishing is slow
Umpqua River- North : Summer steelhead angling is slow
Umpqua River- South : Smallmouth bass angling should be good
