Website
The lake was stocked one month ago with 12-14 inch rainbow trout this week. Fishing should be fair. The mouth of Evening Creek is also a good area to try. Trolling deep with downriggers has been very slow for large brown trout recently.
The best area for fly fishing for smaller brown trout is the southeast end where there is some aquatic macrophyte growth. Fishing can be ok from shore all along the campground section for rainbow trout. Miller Creek has abundant small Brook Trout with an occasional Brown Trout or Rainbow Trout. Bait is allowed.
