With this storm headed our way this week you are probably not going to want to come up for a day on the lake as the snow level will be just above the lake's elevation. If you do go, bring a jacket and some handwarmers. You can try midge patterns, damsel leeches or fish deep with streamers.

Fall River: The season on the Fall is winding up, but you can still get on fish if you know where to look
Hat Creek: Hat Creek Fishing Report
Sacramento River - Lower: The river got kinda cloudy last week with the storm, however it has cleared and is fishing great!
Trinity River: The river is still producing good numbers of wild steelhead from Lewiston down through Del Loma
Sacramento River - Upper: The storm last week brought the river up and dirtied the lower end some, it is now in good shape
Baum Lake: Recent reports indicate this is a great option with lots of fish and some big ones too
Shasta Lake: Trout will be congregating in preparation for their spawning runs and will be chowing on whatever is hatching

Fall River: The season on the Fall is winding up, but you can still get on fish
Hat Creek: The Blue Wing Olives should be popping now
Sacramento River - Lower: The majority of the Fall Run Chinooks have completed spawning
Pit River: Fall is getting spicy and this can make things a little more unpredictable on the Pit
Trinity River: Good numbers of bent rods and smiling faces continue on the Trinity
Sacramento River - Upper: The October Caddis hatch is on the wane in the upper section of the river
Baum Lake: Recent reports indicate this is a great option with lots of fish and some big ones too
Shasta Lake: Good reports of trout and bass coming to shad patterns and Woolley Buggers
Pyramid Lake: The lake is cooling and this weather system will have them cruising closer to shore
