The lake remained near max capacity with water temps in the mid-seventies. Anglers reported fair to good bass fishing depending on the day. Successful bass anglers used smaller plastics on the drop shot, working baits down bluff walls and on deeper points for decent results. On windy days, jerkbaits took bass along wind-blown rocky shores and points. Some topwater bass were reported in the mornings. Striped bass fell for trolled umbrella rigs and big Kastmasters. Bait anglers used cut sardines and lugworms in Yellowbar and at the marina to land schoolie sized striped bass. Catfishing picked up cut baits intended for striper near the marina.
