Buckskinner Park and access to City Reservoir are open. The limit is 2 bass minimum size 13 inches, the limit is 4 channel catfish, the limit is 5 sunfish, the limit is 4 trout. Surface temperature 65.03 F, pH 8.39, D.O. 7.63, and turbidity 32.96 on 10/2/2025.

Plat I Reservoir: Duck hunting is open on Plat I
Smith River: Anglers are continuing to find striped bass
Umpqua River: Received a few good reports of striped bass being caught in the lower sections
Umpqua River- North : Coho fishing is slow
Umpqua River- South : Will reopen December 1
Foster Reservoir: The reservoir elevation has dropped down to its winter low-water level
Santiam River ( North Fork) : River is currently running at around 2,500 cfs at the gage in Mehama
Santiam River ( North Fork) Above Detroit Lake: Currently, flows are around 520 cfs
Santiam River (South Fork): Flows are currently at around 3,100 cfs at the gage in Waterloo
