Bass fishing has been solid, with anglers reporting action on soft plastics like Senkos, creature baits, and finesse worms in natural or green pumpkin colors. Bass are holding near submerged structure and along the weed edges. Early morning topwater action has also produced some explosive bites on frogs and poppers. The bluegill bite remains excellent with anglers using live worms under a bobber or drop-shotted setups.
