Success Lake climbed to 18 percent of capacity after recent storms, and anglers reported fair action overall. Largemouth held deeper on the rocky structure and around the trees in Gill Cove. Hula grubs, drop shot rigs, and crankbaits drew the most attention, with several bass running on the larger side. The bite felt inconsistent, but when it turned on, it hit hard and fast. No trout plants were scheduled at the time of reporting.
